Brothers Thomas and Sam have little in common, except that they play Dungeons and Dragons together with their friends.

Every Friday, the realities of adolescence are replaced by fantasy and adventure.

Dungeon Master Thomas’s dedication to the game is unwavering, but over the years the group are pulled in different directions as they come of age.

This is the story of my brothers growing up, of me watching them grow up.
